Take a deep breath in, hold it for a couple of counts and let it out slowly (Repeat this three times)
Notice something you can see
Notice a sound you can hear close to you, and far away
Notice what you feel, sensations, feelings, emotions …
Take another deep breath in, pause … and out
Repeat this as many times during the day as you need.
