It is a good practice to consistently evaluate your beliefs.

Firstly, by seeking the evidence of that belief and the consequences of it. Always asking how this belief is serving me.

Secondly, by challenging your own beliefs. What if this belief was not true? How would my life, my identy, my values, and my behaviour be different? How could I move closer to my purpose if I changed this belief?

A characteristic of success is adaptation. To new information, new lessons and new frames of beliefs.
